Belgium Elections: EU and NATO plan takeover
As Belgium reels in shock over the election results that saw the Flemish party N-VA, who advocated separating Belgium into language based parts, make great advances, the EU has been deciding how to react. At the head of the EU institutions there is great concern over the legal ramifications of a dissolution of Belgium, which has acted as host to the Union. It is feared that whatever happens, there may be a complete re-writing of the legal agreements that allow the EU to operate from Brussels. Another factor is that, while Flanders and Wallonia could form their own states, the future status of Brussels is a source of much dispute between the Belgian factions.
Sources in the EU and NATO say that a small group of leaders have been meeting all through the weekend to finalise “Project Safe European Home” and according to documents shown to the Brussels Jungle by sources who say they are, “scared witless” by the proposal.
Project Safe European Home is nothing less that a takeover, using force if required, to bring the small European quarter under the complete control of the EU. As part of the plan, troops from NATO will enforce a clampdown and there will be guns on the roof of Berlaymont, “as a precaution”. One official said that “in a career, opportunities occasionally arise to really push forward an agenda for Europe. We will show that NATO didn’t train in vain and will help safeguard the Union, acting for all citizens”. He said that although London’s calling for a wider strategy, one ambassador confided, off the record that “I’m asking myself if I should stay or should I go along with the plan. But if Belgium does separate, the EU will be the last gang in town.”
A spokesman said that the project is the only way the EU can stay free of political turmoil. The plan calls for Brussels to become a city-state, like Vatican City, becoming self governing under a ruling council. It is being claimed that the plan is already underway as Herman Van Rompuy has been missing since the close of the election. Sources say he had a midnight meeting with President Barroso and vanished shortly after. Barroso’s office said the two met because the Council President urgently wanted a bacalhau recipe that Commission President Barroso promised him, saying that as he left, he said he was going to get some fresh air by taking a stroll in a nearby park. It was suggested that he may have visited a night shop for cod and he could simply be lost in the supermarket. He has not been seen since.

It’s a joke?
Dear musicsoul
What do you think?
Brussels a city-state like Vatican city? ==== never
A city state = a federal european union = utopia = UK, north europa are against a federal Europe.
And a free city state is the better way to help all independentists in Spain, Italy, France, UK, Bulgaria.
Do u really think that Spain, Italy accept a new small country like Brussels?
Spain, Bulgaria don’t reconize Kosovo.
“In February 2009, Ambassador of Spain to Serbia Íñigo de Palacio España said that Spain’s position not to recognise Kosovo independence “would not change even after the adoption of the resolution by the European Parliament”
“At the press conference during the 64th Session of the UN General Assembly Prime Minister of Spain José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero said that Spain has a consistent position on the question of recognition of the creation of independent States that required the respect of international law and that from Spain’s point of view, it was not correct to recognise Kosovo. He stated that Spain will not change its position despite more than 60 countries that recognised and that “the question could be reverse: why are there more than 100 countries that have not recognized Kosovo and why do those 60 not see what the other 100 see?”.
